Souls love. That’s what souls do. Egos don’t, but souls do. Become a soul, look around, and you’ll be amazed-all the beings around you are souls. Be one, see one. When many people have this heart connection, then we will know that we are all one, we human beings all over the planet. We will be one. One love. And don’t leave out the animals, and trees, and clouds, and galaxies-it’s all one. It’s one energy. It comes through in individual ways, but it’s one energy. You can call it energy, or you can call it love. I like to look at a tree and see that it’s love. Don’t you?

‘Don’t judge me’.

That sentence is so comical. But I can’t keep reading/hearing that..

We all judge and we all are judged. (I think I have written about this before)

Judging can be in a negative way, just like it can be in a positive way.

When you see something/someone, you already judge even before your mind notices it’s judging.. You judge if you like the color you are seeing or you don’t. It’s the do’s and don’ts. And it all has to do something with ‘You’ about something or someone.

How do you expect someone not to judge you if we human beings EXIST?

With that I mean that, no matter what you do, even if you don’t do anything at all and would hide in a dark room almost all day long… you are doing something which someone will have an opinion upon ,towards you or what you do.

If we would never ‘judge’ they would never be options and decisions to make.

But that is one of the hardest things that I find when it comes to spiritual practice. The ‘no judging part’. No matter what it is, if it’s a situation or a specific person.. whatever, we all judge. It’s so hard to simply take whatever life is giving you and just take it, accept it, not think about your personal opinion… if you like it, or don’t. Always as soon as it enters our 5 senses, it gets a definition, it gets an adjective for it… instead as simple as it sounds, but as hard as it is to do… simply let it BE what it IS.

It sounds easier than it actually is, but it’s easier than words make it sound.

Makes sense?

… Since I didn’t finish recording, because I noticed it’d be too long if I would continue, I’m just gonna write it down..

So if it means that ‘not having fun’ equals ‘no alcohol’… the definition of the feeling of having fun is completely different to the definition of ‘having fun’ for someone who does not need/want alcohol. As I said, it’s your own decision of what you decide to put in your body… after all it’s yours. It’s your life and the way you wanna live it. All I know is that I understand the idea of people who are surprised when I reassure them that I don’t need alcohol, but I don’t understand the obsession of it.

Obsessions for me, have something to do with Laziness.. indirectly at least. The fact that you need a beer to get yourself started, and can’t do it without it, shows that your feelings/thoughts/view have been blinded by the habit of constantly having alcohol as a help to make you see/feel and think the things which are already there, but you decide not to see. Not having control over your own body has been something so attractive to human beings… and I still don’t understand it. What alcohol does to you, is even worse than weed. It’s when you put in a liquid in your body, which absorves all of the water in your body… and most of the times, it simply makes you vomit everything you had in you the next day.

I try not judge people who drink a lot or need to drink to have fun in a negative way… but that doesn’t mean that I support it. I respect it and accept it.. Because after all, it’s not my body and soul. Those are their decisions and their own experiences.

Their own Temple.
