mmm I could tell you what my main foods are, but not on a daily basis :

*Avocado, Oatmeal, Nuts, Avocado, Fruits (mostly green apples and bananas), salads (with different dressings and mixtures), brown bread/rice, vegetables (broccoli, zucchini, carrots, mushrooms, cucumber, tomatoes …)

Yeah I guess that is about it haha, the other things are extra. Since I’m a vegetarian (on a transition to vegan) I eat a lot of fresh food and prefer to prepare things myself or buy them in organic shops. Obviously I would tell you to cut meat/dairy products, but I don’t say that only because I eat that way, It is proven that you reduce a lot of toxins in your body. If you do wanna try it out, do not start immediately in such an extreme way. Do it slowly and you will see how alive you will feel and how many things you will discover that are delicious to eat. You know they say: “you are what you eat”. 

But yeah, to the work out question.. mmm I have never been a workout person. I’ve only been once or twice at a gym. I do yoga every second day and since I am at a musical academy I dance every single day. If I sometimes feel like I need extra workout I will do it at home. I see Yoga more as a spiritual/stretching practice though. 

I would recommend you cutting down meat and start being creative with what you eat. Balance it with fresh things and try eating dinner latest 7pm. 

I hope I gave you a lil’ motivation :)

‘the type of nights sitting in your bathrobe at home listening to mellow soulful tunes with a desire of your soul being lifted with thoughtful conversations about the universe, feelings, nature, travelling and whatever there can/could/would be. Maybe a glass of wine or a puff, or even.. just get high of the vibes, surrounded by candles and a serene atmosphere. Not being aware of the time passing by, because in that moment, you know it’s all in your head… and in that moment what’s in your head does not matter. See, you just wanna connect. On a spiritual, mental and emotional (and maybe even on a sexual) level you wanna get lifted for just an endless moment.There is no rush to travel in that moment. There is no rush to get anywhere.You close your eyes and feel the smell of the incense relaxing your whole being, making your thoughts become clear and your words so pure, that every word that flows leaves a sensation of sweetness on your lips. Observing how every layer of your aura is being undressed.. Connecting with each and every word that is being pronounced and the intensity in your eyes. Don’t get me wrong, this is not getting sexual in any way.. yet. But when I close my eyes here in these 4 walls all I would wanna do is experience this moment. A mellow night.

the things we complain about..

a lot of times are the things we attract or allow to be there. Those are conscious or unconscious choices. 

A superficial and clear example, would be people complaining how stupid ‘facebook’, ‘twitter’ or ‘tumblr’ is like and the stupid things they read on there and so on. I only laugh about it, because the ‘bullshit’ is coming from your own people you choose to have as a friends on facebook. Or the typical situation of not wanting to be around someone because they are annoying you, but you won’t open your mouth and let them know the reasons behind your distance. Or women/men who are out there (in social or real life) portraying themselves a specific way and ending up being annoyed by people who holla at them even when they are taken, or even looked/talked at in a vulgar way and asking themselves why. 

Your choices make a whole different path and way at looking at things. Using one source does not make life the same. Your choices can change it all in a good or a bad way.

‘Constantly evolving’… Even if it means baby steps. I always am, but everyone does, some are just truly aware of it. 

I have written about this before, but I suppose I am at a moment in my life, when old wise words, come up again. 

’ What we resist, persists ’ . When I was a child, every time something was aching, she told me that I should relax and become friends with the pain inside me. Listen, feel it and become friends. At first I remember I wasn’t able to understand what she meant, but the more I practiced, the more I understood the more I got better at using that strategy. 

Now that I’m older, I know I can apply it to everything in my life. Things never disappear if we push and do things aggressively. If we start fighting with a feeling (physically or emotionally) trying to ignore and be mad at the feeling, it will only have a reason to annoy us more. The feeling enjoys sucking out all our energy, it wants attention. The more we try to push things away, the more they increase their negativity. 

If we start to listen and accept the feeling, weather it’s in our body or in our heart, the feeling will slowly decrease. It will slowly understand that there is no need to be where it is.. As soon as we understand that, the negative feeling will too. 

Some people never had health issues before, but then they realize that they have kept fears or negative feelings/thoughts for too long stuck in them. Energies start exploding in any way. Being honest it doesn’t always have to do with words or with others, but with your own being and soul. 

Things are always easier said than done, but before doing them, there is a need of practice and patience in between. 

It’s a beautiful thing to master that way of handling things inside you, even if you don’t immediately, it will slowly get there…
